Despite trade war threats and AI competition, Alphabet's ad and search businesses are booming like a Planet Express delivery of Slurm.

Sweet Zombie Jesus the Stock is Up!

Alright meatbags Leela here with your dose of reality. Turns out Alphabet – that company that knows everything about you (except maybe how to make a decent tasting Soylent Cola) – saw its stock jump 3% on Friday. Apparently even with all the robots trying to take over our jobs (again!) their search and ad businesses are doing better than Bender at a booze convention. Who knew?

GenAI: More Like 'Jen wha?' But Still Good!

Some fancy pants analyst named Brian from Morgan Stanley (must be a distant relative of Dr. Moreau) says Alphabet's 'GenAI product roll out' is speeding up. I don't know what GenAI is but if it helps me find a decent burrito joint on Omicron Persei 8 I'm all for it! Plus they're making money hand over fist – $2.81 per share which is more than I make in a week delivering packages through a wormhole. And that's saying something!

Tariffs? More Like Terribles!

Of course there's always a catch. Turns out President Trump's tariffs (or whatever Earthicans call them now) are causing some headaches. Something about not being able to buy enough data centers to power their AI models. But hey at least they're still making enough money to bribe someone in Washington. That's how it works right?

YouTube: Almost as Addictive as Popplers!

YouTube that time sucking vortex of cat videos and conspiracy theories brought in $8.93 billion in ad revenue. Not quite the $8.97 billion some nerds were expecting but still enough to buy a whole lot of Slurm Loco! I swear one of these days I'm going to shut that site down and force everyone to read a book. Or at least watch 'All My Circuits'.

AI Overviews: The Future is Now and It's Watching You!

Speaking of knowing everything Alphabet's 'AI Overviews' tool is now used by 1.5 billion people a month! That's like the entire population of Chapek 9... twice! Apparently it helps people find stuff online. But let's be honest it's probably just collecting data to sell to MomCorp. You can't trust those robots!

Wall Street: More Confused Than Zoidberg at a Clam Bake!

Some other analyst from Bank of America (sounds like a prison) thinks Wall Street is underestimating the potential of this AI stuff. Good for them. Me? I'm just trying to survive another day without Bender short circuiting the ship's power grid. But hey at least the stock is up. Maybe I can finally afford that eye enlargement surgery I've always wanted. Just kidding! Mostly.

YouTube is a waste of time. Bring back decent TV!
