First You Get the Oil Then You Get the Power!
Alright you punks! Tony Montana's here to tell you about these OPEC fellas. They're meeting this Saturday see? Saturday! Used to be a day for blow and broads now it's all about oil. This meeting was supposed to be on Monday but somebody's getting antsy. Maybe they got a meeting with Sosa and need to change the schedule? Who knows? All I know is time is money and these guys are playin' with a lotta goddamn money!
Saudi Arabia: Scarface of the Oil Patch
So last month Saudi Arabia they pushed for a big output hike. Like they own the freakin' world right? Sent oil prices down below $60. Four year low! They're playin' games these sheiks. I'm tellin' ya it's a jungle out there! Now they wanna raise production by 411,000 barrels a day. That's a lotta barrels! But somebody is makin a mess on purpose.
Kazakhstan and Iraq: Messin' with the Bull?
Turns out Kazakhstan and Iraq they been cheatin' see? Producing more than they're supposed to. Riyadh ain't happy. Nobody likes a cheat especially when it comes to money. These guys are screwin' up the whole damn operation. Gotta keep your friends close but your enemies closer. And these OPEC fellas they're all enemies sooner or later.
Living the Low Life: Oil Prices Edition
This week oil prices dropped again. Reuters is sayin' that Saudi Arabia is okay with lower prices. Comfortable they said. Comfortable! Like they're sittin' on a freakin' beach while the rest of us are hustlin'. They better watch their backs 'cause in this business things change fast. One minute you're on top the next you're swimmin' with the fishes.
Another Hike? Say 'Hello' to My Little Price War!
Now some members want another hike for June. More oil more money more problems right? OPEC+ is cutting output by over 5 million barrels a day right now. They got a full meeting on May 28th. "We do see a case for forgoing another triple decker increase," some analyst is saying. Triple decker? Sounds like a damn sandwich. But who knows what these guys will do? They're unpredictable like a goddamn Cuban missile crisis.

This Croft broad from RBC Capital Markets she says "Nonetheless we certainly do not rule out another plot twist from the producer group." Plot twist! This ain't a damn movie it's real life! But hey life's a movie write your own ending. Remember I always tell the truth even when I lie. But these OPEC guys? Who the hell knows what they're up to? Just watch your wallet because when these guys start playing games somebody always gets screwed.
