Economists those guys who are always right (cough) are predicting a 1.2% gain. A GAIN! Sounds great right? Wrong. It's all smoke and mirrors a freakin' illusion! They're tryin' to trick ya chat! Don't fall for it! It is what it is but it shouldn't be like this!

Tariffs: The Real Culprit

See what's really happening is everyone's PANICKING about these tariffs. President Trump's trade policy is about to make everything more expensive so people are rushing out to buy cars NOW before the prices skyrocket! This is called 'pull forward demand'. Basically it's borrowing from the future to make the present look good. It's like when you use your credit card to buy a bunch of WoW tokens... feels good now but you're gonna regret it later when that bill comes due. You think I don't know about that stuff? I LIVE IT!

Auto Sales: The Illusion of Prosperity

They're saying auto sales could jump like 11%! ELEVEN PERCENT! But here's the kicker: it's not real it's all fake. These sales aren't sustainable. They're trying to cherry pick the data to fit their narrative. Always remember: They're all LYING to you! This is outrageous it's unfair!

Confidence is a Lie

These 'confidence surveys' are a freakin' joke. Everyone's supposedly feeling terrible about the economy but they're still out there swiping their credit cards like there's no tomorrow. It's a post pandemic world and nothing makes sense anymore. People are depressed but they're buying stuff to fill the void. It's like when you're sad so you buy a new mount in Final Fantasy. You might have the mount but the sadness still remains.
