This week tech stocks decided to pull a 'get good' and started climbing after a week of tariff uncertainty and other macro economic bad boogeymans. Like what the f*** even IS a tariff dude?

Nasdaq is Going Up? FOR REAL?

The Nasdaq Composite? Up nearly 5% this week? That's like me going to the gym. A rare sight indeed! Best week since November they say. I haven't had a good week since… well since before Lost Ark came out. Point is even with all the chaos the tech sector is showing some fight. They’re like that one WoW player who's geared to the teeth but still stands in the fire. Resilient but kinda dumb.

Nvidia's Redemption Arc

Nvidia leading the charge? Color me surprised. They're up more than 15%. Someone over there finally optimized their drivers! They should hire me I know a thing or two about making computers do computer things believe it or not. Meanwhile Amazon Alphabet Microsoft and Meta are all jumping too. Everyone is trying to become Jeff Bezos!

Tesla's Rollercoaster Ride

Tesla huh? Up 3% best session since 2013! Elon probably tweeted something cryptic about Dogecoin again. I swear that dude's got more ups and downs than my hairline. Not that I'm balding or anything chat... What are you talking about? Anyways the market loves its memes I guess.

Semiconductors the Real MVPs?

But let’s talk about the real heroes here: the semiconductors. The VanEck Semiconductor ETF is up over 8%! That's more than I've moved from my computer chair all day. Broadcom Applied Materials KLA Corporation Lam Research... these names might sound boring but they're the ones making the gadgets you doomscroll on possible. Give it up for the little guys!

The Trump Dump and Pump (Again)

And of course we can't forget the Trump factor. One day he's pausing tariffs the next he's slapping China with new ones. It's like watching a toddler play with a nuclear bomb. The S&P 500 rallied like crazy then gave it all back. Volatility thy name is… well you know. Are we going to make it chat? I don't know... maybe... probably not.
