Hail to the Chief... or Not?

Alright you primitive screwheads listen up! Seems like some pencil pushing judges are questioning The Donald's may I dare say 'unique' approach to trade. Word on the street is they're eyeballing whether he's gone full Duke Nukem on those tariffs slapping them on over 180 countries like he's clearing out a room full of aliens. And frankly that is a big no no in my book! These judges are probably thinking 'Hmmm maybe he's abusing his power,' Well let's see if they have the balls to actually do anything about it! But I'm already calling it now I'll be there to pick up the pieces and I am all outta gum...

Emergency? More Like a Trade Tantrum

These five businesses are crying like a bunch of sissies because they can't get their cheap imported goods. Their argument is Trump's using some old law the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) like it's his personal cheat code. They're saying these trade deficits aren't a real emergency. And they have a point. Trade imbalance has been going on for years and years. Are we to assume we are in an emergency now? I don't know about you but that seems a bit 'off'. I say let them sink or swim. 'Sometimes even I get the feeling I'm being used.' At least they should be grateful it's not me doing the using.

DOJ: 'He's Got the Power!'

The Department of Just Us (see what I did there?) is backing Trump saying he's got the authority to slap on those tariffs. They claim Congress gave him the green light basically handing him the keys to the tariff kingdom. 'My kind of town.' This whole thing is turning into a legal slobberknocker. I just hope someone brings popcorn... and strippers.

Constitution: Who Needs It?

These 'Liberty Justice' guys are waving around the Constitution saying only Congress can levy taxes. They're worried Trump's gone rogue turning into a tariff tyrant. 'Nobody steals our chicks... and lives!' Sounds like a job for Duke... but I'm on vacation.

Trump's Tariff Two Step

Trump loves tariffs more than I love kicking alien ass and babes but it seems he's backing off a bit. He slashed the rates and even agreed to a pause with China. What a time to be alive. Is he losing his edge or just playing 4D chess? Whatever it is 'I'm gonna tear you a new one!'
