First You Get The Power Then You Get The Pause
Listen up you cockroaches! This whole thing is like one of my deals gone sideways. Trump that loco he's trying to send these Venezuelans back faster than I can snort a mountain of yay! He's using some old law the 'Alien Enemies Act,' like it's still 1798! But the Supreme Court those fancy suits they said 'Hold on chico!' They paused the whole damn thing probably 'cause they need to iron their robes or something. They're saying 'Hey even these guys get a chance to say their piece.' What a joke! In my day we settled things with a chainsaw not some legal mumbo jumbo. But hey at least for now those Venezuelans are safe. Maybe I should offer them a job? 'You wanna work for me? Eh? I pay good and benefits are great!'
Lawyers Guns and Money... Mostly Lawyers
The ACLU those do gooder lawyers they're running around like chickens with their heads cut off screaming about rights and due process. They're saying Trump's trying to sneak these guys out the back door without letting them fight it. They even got some pictures of these poor bastards on buses ready to be shipped off to God knows where. It's like a bad movie only real! These ACLU guys they remind me of that Sosa's lawyer. Always yapping about rules and procedures. Where were those rules and procedures when Sosa tried to rip me off?! Double crossing son of a... You know the rest.
The Donald vs. The Robes: A Power Struggle My Style!
Now this is where it gets interesting. This whole mess is about Trump flexing his muscles trying to show everyone who's boss. But the Supreme Court they're like 'Hold your horses amigo!' They're saying 'You can't just do whatever you want even if you got the biggest balls in the room.' It's a classic power struggle like me and Sosa fighting over the coke business! Only instead of bullets they're using legal papers. But trust me these power games they can get just as bloody. Especially when you don't follow the rules.
Tren De Aragua: More Like Tren De Bullshit!
So Trump's trying to deport these guys because they're supposedly members of this 'Tren de Aragua' gang. Sounds like a cheap tequila brand to me. He's calling them terrorists and all sorts of nasty names. But nobody's really showing any proof just a bunch of hot air! It's like accusing me of being a bad guy. Sure I ran a little coke business but I also created jobs! I stimulated the economy! These guys they might be bad they might be just some poor bastards caught in the wrong place at the wrong time. Either way everyone deserves a fair shake even if they are from a gang.
The Waiting Game: Tick Tock Goes The Constitution
Now everyone's waiting to see what happens next. The Supreme Court told Trump to explain himself and the ACLU is still screaming about 30 days' notice. Thirty days! I wouldn't give a rat thirty seconds if he was trying to screw me. But hey that's the law right? This whole thing is dragging on longer than Montana's last breath. Let's see if Trump can find a way to get his way or if the Supreme Court will put him in check. It is a waiting game that's for sure.
In This Country You Gotta Make The Money First. Then When You Get The Money You Get The Power. Then When You Get The Power Then You Get The Women.
The government has to demonstrate how it knows these Venezuelans are members of the gang which is active in human trafficking and other crimes in South America but has a smaller U.S. presence. According to Trump that is why he was elected! Not a judge! He has a point right? Maybe! Maybe not! I Tony Montana did things my way and I regret nothing! I got the money I got the power and the women. You either get it or you don't! But this Trump guy he just goes around talking talking talking. Do something right! Get the job done! I guess you're not Scarface then eh? You need to be the bad guy! You think I am worried about lawyers! You need people like me so you can point your fingers and say 'That's the bad guy'. So what that makes you? Good? You're not good. You just know how to hide or how to lie. Me I don't have that problem. Me I always tell the truth. Even when I lie.
