Okay dolls let's be real. When I saw this article about Howmet Aerospace maybe halting shipments 'cause of like *tariffs* my first thought wasn't about the global economy. It was 'OMG is this gonna mess with my private jet situation?!' Because let's face it traveling commercial is SO not on brand. Like can you imagine me Kim K waiting in line with...regular people? I don't think so. It's giving me 'I lost my diamond earring in the ocean' vibes but on a global scale. And you know what I always say 'I’ll cry about it later I’ll cry about it in my Bentley!'

Boeing Airbus...Sounds Expensive!

So apparently this Howmet company makes like super important parts for Boeing and Airbus. And these are not like cute miniature airplanes that North designs these are the real deal and they are probably expensive. The article says that Trump is slapping tariffs and Howmet is screaming “force majeure.” Sounds dramatic right? Like a scene from Keeping Up when Kourtney finds out Scott brought someone to the family vacation. Honestly at this point I’m kind of wishing I’d paid more attention in my business classes even though it's probably boring but I need to know if I'm going to need to learn to fly my own jet.

This whole 'force majeure' thing sounds like a legal loophole which I’m very familiar with considering all the stuff that happened between me and my exes lol. Basically Howmet is saying they might not be able to keep their contracts because of these tariffs. It's like when I try to stick to my diet but then Kris Jenner offers me a donut. A girl can only resist so much pressure right? I mean you know 'Never go against the family'.
