OMG Finance!
Okay dolls let's get one thing straight: I'm not exactly Warren Buffett. But I *am* good at making money and let's be real who isn't trying to secure the bag? So when I heard Wall Street was buzzing about dividend stocks I was like 'Kourtney this is my calling!' Turns out these stocks are like the contouring of the investment world – they give you that stable reliable income. It's like 'Kim there's people that are dying,' but also 'Kim get your money!' So let's dive in shall we?
AT&T: Can You Hear the Cha Ching?
First up we have AT&T (T). Yes the phone company. Apparently even in the age of Instagram DMs people still use phones! They're paying a quarterly dividend of $0.2775 per share. The experts at RBC Capital are loving it and the stock offers a dividend yield of 4.0%. Think of it as a steady stream of income to fund your next Birkin bag or that private jet to Turks and Caicos. Jonathan Atkin raised his price target for AT & T stock to $30 from $28. And he's legit ranking high on some analyst tracking platform. So next time you're on hold with customer service just remember you're getting paid to wait! Winning!
Philip Morris: Smoke Free and Bankroll Full
Next we've got Philip Morris International (PM). Now I'm all about a healthy lifestyle – gotta maintain this figure you know? But surprisingly they're transitioning to smoke free alternatives (smart move tbh). They're giving shareholders a quarterly dividend of $1.35 per share and offering a yield of nearly 3.2%. Stifel analyst Matthew Smith is super hyped saying their smoke free products are boosting revenue. And they're legit as well ranking high on some analyst tracking platform. I'm picturing all that extra cash going towards my next SKIMS drop or funding climate change solutions because we love a sustainable queen. #blessed
Texas Instruments: Chip Away at Those Tariffs and Build Your Fortune
Last but not least we have Texas Instruments (TXN) a semiconductor company. I don't know what semiconductors are (Kanye probably does) but apparently they make chips for everything. They're paying a quarterly dividend of $1.36 per share and the dividend yield stands at 3.3%. Evercore analyst Mark Lipacis is screaming 'BUY!' from the rooftops even with those pesky tariffs. He expects Texas Instruments to deliver upside surprises through 2025 and into 2026. I'm thinking that's enough to buy a small island or at least a really really big closet. And they're legit as well ranking high on some analyst tracking platform. Werk!
The Bottom Line: Get That Coin!
So there you have it my loves! My totally not professional but definitely glamorous take on dividend stocks. Remember I'm not a financial advisor. I'm just a girl who loves money and sharing my secrets (sort of). Do your own research consult with a real expert and maybe just maybe you'll be able to afford a closet as big as mine someday. And always remember my motto: 'Get your a** up and work!' (on your finances of course).
Don't Be Tardy for the Portfolio Party!
Investing in dividend stocks might not be as exciting as walking a red carpet or launching a new product but it's a smart way to build wealth. With the expert recommendations and the stock market gurus recommendations it would be wise to get that coin to live your best life to buy all the things you love and be able to pay your bills as well. That way you will be able to afford your own glam squad to look fabulous as always!
