Alright alright alright chat! What is going ON? So Trump was trying to get Ed Martin this guy who's been shall we say *very* supportive of the January 6th crowd into the U.S. Attorney gig for D.C. But guess what? It didn't fly. Turns out even some Republicans were like "Nah bro that ain't it." I mean can you blame them? It's like trying to main DPS as a healer in WoW—doesn't work dude. Enter Jeanine Pirro: Judge Jury and Fox News Personality?

So Trump scraps Martin and now the rumor mill is churning that he's eyeballing Jeanine Pirro for the interim spot. Jeanine Pirro folks! The one and only. She's got the whole package – former district attorney Fox News host and a serious Trump supporter. It's like a loot box of political intrigue am I right? You just never know what you’re going to get. Maybe a Legendary item maybe just some vendor trash.

Highly Qualified? Or Highly Convenient?

Trump thinks she's "highly qualified." Okay sure dude. Maybe because he pardoned her ex husband for tax evasion back in the day? I'm just saying sometimes these things feel a little sus you know? The reality is even Trump knows that shoving someone like Martin through the Senate was a long shot. Sen. Thom Tillis put the nail in that coffin. Trump was all like "He's a terrific person but..." Yeah yeah we've heard it all before. It's the classic political dodge right? Blame the system not the player. But hey at least he's being "straight," as he says. I'm sure the truth is out there you know? But probably not for us.
