Like a Box of Chocolates: You Never Know What You're Gonna Get...of Meditation Prompts!

Mama always said life is like a box of chocolates you never know what you're gonna get. Now seems like with TikTok if you're a young'un you're gonna get meditation. They’re launching these new in app guided meditation things. ByteDance the folks who own TikTok started testing it with some teenagers earlier this year. Now they're opening it up for everyone like when I opened that shrimp business. Turns out shrimp and meditation might be good for the soul.

Sleepy Time TikTok: Shrimpin' Ain't Easy and Neither is Sleepin'

TikTok is trying to improve sleep with this meditation deal. If you're under 18 and still on TikTok after 10 p.m. they're gonna interrupt your 'For You' feed. Sort of like when Lieutenant Dan interrupted my shrimpin'. They'll pop up a guided meditation. If you ignore it they'll do it again! Seems like they're really serious about this whole meditation thing. I hope it's not as confusing as that time I tried explaining stocks to Bubba. He just kept saying 'Shrimp!'

Run TikTok Run! Away From the Lawsuits That Is...

All this comes 'cause of folks being a little upset. Seems a bunch of people think TikTok ain’t too good for the mental health especially for kids. They got lawsuits and everything! People saying it makes kids feel kinda down gives them the worries and messes with how they see themselves. Like when Jenny was feeling blue but hopefully meditation will help better than chocolate did back then. These are serious times. Better to have inner peace and shrimp too.

TikTok's Answer: "Stupid is as Stupid Does but Meditation Can't Hurt!"

TikTok's got all these new educational feeds safety tools and parental controls now too. They’re saying they're trying to do right by folks. Kinda like when I started Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. We wanted to do right by Bubba. But people are still worried. Psychologists are saying these social platforms ain't always the best for young minds. Seems like everybody's got an opinion like when I was playin' ping pong. Some folks loved it some didn't. I just kept running and playin'.

Banned in the USA? Like Lieutenant Dan and Those Chocolate Ice Creams!

Remember when TikTok almost went offline? Like when Lieutenant Dan didn't want me eatin' his chocolate ice cream? Something about China and data or somethin'. But President Trump he stepped in. Now they got till June to figure things out. Seems like everybody's got their eyes on TikTok worried 'bout who owns it and what it's doing to our young people. I just hope they don't get as lost as I did when I was runnin' across the country.

$2.3 Million for Mental Health? That's a Lotta Shrimp Money!

TikTok said they were giving $2.3 million to mental health places all over the world. That’s a whole lot of shrimp money right there! Maybe they’re really tryin' to make things better like when I helped build that school after the storm. It's good to give back Mama always said. I hope this meditation thing helps those kids. Sometimes all you need is a good breath of fresh air...and maybe some shrimp.

Seems like they're coverin' their bases after all the lawsuits. Good for them.

Will they have a meditation for when you’re lost running across the country? Asking for a friend.

Mama always said, 'TikTok is as TikTok does.' Guess they're trying to 'do' some good!

Glad they're donating to mental health causes. Every little bit helps, kinda like when I gave my shrimpin' money away.
