By Order of the Board: A Start is Born
Fifteen years ago Tesla was just a glimmer in the eye a company built on dreams and a measly $150 million in revenue. That Roadster a fancy little electric thing was all they had. Now I've seen horses with more horsepower. But Musk that ambitious sod he had a plan. A plan to build an empire. 'Everyone's a whore Grace. We just sell different parts of ourselves,' he might say about the early investors betting on his vision. A ten grand punt on Tesla back then? Now worth nearly three million. Not bad for a day's work eh?
From Detroit's Dust to Silicon Valley's Shine
Detroit that's where the old money was the gas guzzling dinosaurs. But Musk he saw the future in Silicon Valley with all those bright sparks and their fancy computers. He took over Tesla in '08 after a bit of boardroom brawling I imagine. Seems he's always got a knack for taking charge like me walking into a room. He wanted mass market electric cars and he wanted them now. And that's what he's got now by order of the Peaky f***ing Blinders.
Beyond the Model S: The SUV and Robot Dreams
The Roadster's history the Model S is... whatever. It's the Model Y the SUV that's bringing home the bacon. And those environmental credits? Clever lads. But Musk he's not content with just cars. He wants robots. Humanoid robots like something out of a bloody sci fi film. He reckons they'll lift Tesla's market cap to twenty five trillion. A bit ambitious even for him. 'Whisky's good proofing water. Tells you somebody cared.' Maybe he's had a bit too much whisky.
Autonomous Anarchy: The Robotaxi Gamble
He wants self driving cars robotaxis buzzing around like worker bees. Waymo and Baidu are already doing it mind you. Tesla's playing catch up. And Wall Street? They're not convinced. They see Musk's promises as pie in the sky. The stock's down the magic's fading. Seems even the richest man in the world can't escape a bit of trouble. 'Lies travel faster than truth.'
Political Pitfalls and Brand Battles
Here's where it gets interesting. Musk he's gone political. Endorsed Trump slashed government budgets. A dangerous game playing with politics. His reputation's taken a hit Tesla's brand is suffering. Turns out even building electric cars doesn't absolve you of accountability to the people and even money can't keep that reputation up. 'We are a family and families fight.' Sometimes those fights can cost you everything.
Volatility's Virtues or Vices: A Rollercoaster Ride
Tesla's stock it's a rollercoaster. Up one month down the next. Production halts Musk selling shares talk of federal interest rate hikes the market's always changing. It's all part of the game innit? Remember Tesla is an industry giant and you can never tell how things will play out. 'In the bleak midwinter'. Sometimes you just have to hold on tight and hope for the best. Or you know cut your losses and invest in something a bit more stable. Like a good honest racehorse.

The only constant is change, and Tesla is always changing.
