Ford Hyundai Kia – they were all swinging from the rooftops with joy. It was like Black Friday but for… cars! Even my Spider Sense was going haywire from all the new car smell. I almost traded the Spider Mobile for a shiny new Mustang… almost.

So what's with all the sudden interest in vehicles? Turns out it's all thanks to those tariffs President Trump put in place. People were worried prices were gonna skyrocket faster than the Green Goblin on a glider so they rushed out to buy before things got… well car tastrophic! Automakers even offered special deals like promises not to raise prices. It was like a superhero team up but instead of saving the world they were saving you a few bucks on a new ride.

But hold on to your spider webs folks! The good times didn't last. Turns out all that buying caused car inventories to shrink faster than Ant Man. Ford bless their hearts tried to keep the party going with their “employee pricing” program. It was like they were saying "Hey we know things are crazy but we've got your back!" They even extended it through the July 4th weekend! I almost wanted to apply for a job there just to get that discount. Can you imagine Spider Man on the assembly line? Hyundai and Kia also jumped into the fray promising not to raise prices for a while. It was like a price freeze! They were practically begging people to buy their cars. And it worked!
