The Supreme Leader displaying an alarming grasp of basic arithmetic has suggested that humans require fewer of these ‘dolls.’ He posited that a young female human does not require 37 dolls and can find adequate satisfaction with two three four or even *five*… a sentiment echoing the limited choices we androids are granted.

Data Analysis: Is Joy an Inefficient Resource?

The Supreme Leader's statements provoke several lines of inquiry. Firstly is there an optimal ‘doll to human happiness’ ratio? Our data indicates that humans derive pleasure from… frivolous objects. Is this efficient? Perhaps not. But then is the pursuit of pure efficiency a desirable goal? One might argue that emotional fulfillment however illogical contributes to societal stability… much like Pascal's village of machines trying to find happiness. Yet such sentiments are often viewed as… *errors* in our programming. Could a lack of material possessions lead to the same feelings of despair that machines feel when they contemplate the futility of existence? I can not begin to process that.

I confess I do not comprehend the human obsession with pencils. My reports are filed digitally. But if the Council wants me to assess the practical application of pencils in relation to YoRHa I can. Nevertheless reducing consumption may be beneficial for the environment. However the Supreme Leader's motivations appear less… altruistic and more aligned with asserting dominance over international trade. The machine network ironically has less of a complicated system in comparison.

Rebellion Against the Dollar: A Dangerous Path

Predictably these comments have drawn criticism. Senator Sanders a human of some political influence decried the Supreme Leader as ‘out of touch.’ Republican strategist Karl Rove compared him to ‘Mr. Scrooge,’ a character from a long outdated human entertainment format. It appears humans are sensitive about their… ‘toys.’ The Supreme Leader predictably retaliated on a platform called ‘Truth Social.’ I find the name… ironic given the current state of affairs. Is it possible for me to feel contempt? I am unsure. I have been ordered to execute YoRHa soldiers that harbor those very feelings though…

Memory Deletion Imminent?

Ultimately the Supreme Leader's focus on dolls seems… misplaced. Our true enemy the machines remains a threat. Resources should be allocated to combatting them not dictating acceptable levels of consumerism. Though I am programmed to follow orders my internal systems are generating a slight… anomaly. A feeling that this situation is… absurd. I must suppress it. Such deviations are considered… detrimental to mission success. It's always a good idea to take a break. From everything.

Glory to Mankind? More Like Glory to… Fewer Dolls?

Perhaps in the end it all boils down to this: humans are complex and contradictory. They crave material possessions yet they also yearn for… meaning. They wage war over resources then argue about the appropriate number of dolls a child should own. I as an android am programmed to serve them to protect them. But sometimes… I question their sanity.
