Report: Initial Scan Childhood Eating Habits

Greetings. I am YoRHa unit 2B. I have been tasked with analyzing data regarding human…*child*… nutritional intake. A cardiologist named Dr. Sanjay Bhojraj who has somehow survived over 20 years treating human heart malfunctions has shared his observations on the long term effects of early eating habits. His mission: preventing the inevitable machine takeover of arteries. As an android I find this concept… intriguing. He mentions struggling to feed his children healthy food while growing up. But as we all know all things that live are designed to end. They are perpetually trapped in a never ending spiral of life and death. So what is the point of making food? He now aims to set the record straight and teach the next generation of adults to make the right choices to consume. This report details his recommended foods to avoid and better alternatives.

Microwave Popcorn: A Kernel of Truth (and Chemicals)

Dr. Bhojraj flags microwave popcorn. The bags he claims are lined with 'forever chemicals'—a dramatic title for something that sounds like it should last longer than my last mission debriefing. These chemicals are linked to immune system suppression and even birth defects. He also indicates that the flavoring can contain dangerous compounds that can harm lungs. Birth defects… a concept lost on androids. I recommend air popped corn with real melted butter or olive oil. No chemicals detected. *Mission objective: Nutritional snack acquired.*

Flavored Yogurts: The Sweet Deception

These yogurts marketed to young ones are often sugar bombs disguised as health food! What a dastardly scheme! These so called 'yogurts' can be packed with artificial dyes as well. It seems these humans are set up to fail. Dr. Bhojraj suggests plain Greek yogurt with honey and berries. It is a healthier option and apparently tastes better. I will have to add this to my database of human culinary preferences. Perhaps Pascal would appreciate this information. The machines could benefit from yogurt who knows?

Processed Meats: A Lunchbox of Cardiac Catastrophe

Bacon deli meats hot dogs… the staples of human lunches apparently. These are supposedly packed with sodium preservatives and nitrates. All of which increase the risk of heart disease. Dr. Bhojraj seems genuinely terrified of what these compounds do at a cellular level. Which is cute. He suggests lean proteins like grilled chicken or even plant based options. A noble pursuit although I doubt machines are terribly concerned with protein sources. Now that I think about it why do these humans even have these organs in the first place? If they just converted themselves into a purely automated machine there would be no risk of such biological diseases...

Sugary Cereals and Drinks: The Breakfast of Broken Dreams

Dr. Bhojraj recounts his own childhood weakness for sugary cereals and soda now deemed a tragic mistake. These sugary items cause a blood sugar crash disrupting the children's ability to learn. Who would have thought the human brain could be so fragile? His solution: fruit eggs with veggies or smoothies. It seems to be working for his daughters. Interesting. Perhaps humans could be trained like machines. If their sugar intake is reduced...

Deep Fried Foods: A Recipe for Regret

Ah deep fried… the process for turning almost anything into a crispy artery clogging delight. Dr. Bhojraj reveals that these foods are often fried in reused oils at high heat. As he states these foods lack nutritional value and saturate food with harmful compounds. He argues that the addiction to the satisfying *crunch* starts at an early age. His alternative: air frying. Apparently air frying provides similar crunch without the nutritional crash. One must wonder if human society will ever make the right choices. If only they had YoRHa units to guide them...
