Big League Tax Reform Folks!

Let me tell you we had a tremendous meeting with the House Republicans. Tremendous! We're talking about a tax bill a fantastic bill the best bill frankly that you've ever seen. Some people are saying it’s the greatest tax bill in the history of tax bills. Believe me. But these guys some of them from New York and California they're making a big fuss about these SALT deductions. SALT! It's like they want to put salt on everything! Sad!

The 'SALT Caucus' – More Like the 'Salty' Caucus!

These guys the 'SALT Caucus,' they think they're so smart. They're saying it’s a matter of fundamental fairness. Fairness! I know more about fairness than anyone. These are the same people that are always crying 'Russia Russia Russia!' And let me tell you there was no Russia! Witch hunt! But they're holding up this great bill because they want more money for their states. It’s unbelievable! They should be thanking me. I’m doing them a favor. A big beautiful favor.

I Know Your District Better Than You Do!

I told Mike Lawler a nice guy but frankly a little confused 'I know your district better than you do!' And it's true. I do. I have the best instincts. And I told him straight 'If you lose because of SALT you were going to lose anyway.' Some people can't handle the truth. But you know what? I always tell the truth. Even when it’s not politically correct.

Speaker Johnson's Got a Big Job

We got a fantastic Speaker Mike Johnson who is a great guy and is working hard. It is a tough job trying to herd these cats believe me. These House Republicans some of them are so far left but we are going to get them in line and get the Bill passed for them.

Let It Go! (Or Else...)

I told them I said 'Let it go!' Just like that song from Frozen. A great movie by the way a very popular movie. But seriously they need to let it go. This bill is good for America. It's good for jobs. It's good for the economy. And if they don't pass it well they're going to have a lot of explaining to do. A lot! It will be a disaster!

Don't Mess Around With Medicaid

And another thing. I told them 'Don’t f*** around with Medicaid.' I mean it. We have to take care of people but we also have to be smart. We need to get rid of all the waste and fraud which frankly is a disgrace. The Dems are stealing your money and we are going to stop them.
