It's like trying to agree on the rules for a friendly game...while the other team is still trying to score! This is tricky business. Zelenskyy's being secretive about who's showing up in Kyiv but we know Germany's new Chancellor Merz might swing by and President Macron confirmed France will be there – partly in person partly by video.
