Hey everyone Jackie Chan here! I just read this crazy news and *aiyah* I had to say something. Seems like this fellow Shaun Maguire at Sequoia Capital said some... spicy things about a New York mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani. Called it a "deliberate inflammatory attack"! Now I'm all about action but words can hit harder than any punch sometimes. Remember 'Sometimes it's better to talk than fight,' but talking shouldn't mean hurting people! Like I always say 'Be nice to people.'

Politics and Punching? Aiyo!

So this Maguire guy is a big Trump supporter and he's not shy about it. Good for him everyone has the right to have their own opinions but I am not so sure about talking like that. The thing is when you’re in a big company like Sequoia you gotta be careful. It’s like doing a stunt – one wrong move and *bam!* – big trouble. This is like in Shanghai Noon when Roy was being racist and I said 'That is not how you treat a friend!' We are all friends we are all one!

Open Letter? More Like Open FIRE!

Now almost 600 people have signed an open letter asking Sequoia to do something. They want an apology an investigation and a zero tolerance policy. They are ready to mobilize networks! And Maguire he just says it emboldens him! Whoa! This is getting messier than one of my fight scenes with too many props! It's like Police Story but with less glass and more yelling.

Sequoia's Silence: Is It Golden?

Sequoia isn't saying anything! That's like when I'm trying to sneak past the bad guys and I accidentally step on a squeaky toy. Complete silence can be good but can be suspicious too! They probably are trying to figure out what to do! I would suggest they talk to the candidate and try to find common ground! After all we are all just trying to make a better world!

Even other big shots in the tech world are getting involved! People who supported Trump are now disagreeing with the company! It’s like Rush Hour – everyone’s going in different directions and nobody knows what's happening! But the truth is it is a freedom of speech and everyone can say what they want but they must be aware of the consequences.

Let's All Be Friends! Or At Least Not Fight!

Look I'm not a politician. I'm just Jackie Chan trying to make people smile make them laugh and do some crazy stunts! But this whole thing makes me think. Can't we all just be friends? Or at least you know not say things that make everyone angry and go *HAAA YAH!* on each other? Let's all try to find some common ground be respectful and maybe watch a good action movie together.
