They see the economy is the best it's ever been and they want to get in on it. Sad for the haters!

6.84%? The Best Rate. Everyone Agrees!

Now some people are saying these rates around 6.84% aren't the greatest. But believe me they’re the best you're going to get because of ME. They are beautiful rates really beautiful. People are saving money left and right because of my incredible policies. And with a 20% down payment? You're practically stealing money! It's like a fantastic deal the best deal maybe ever. Applications to buy homes are up 11%! And Conventional loans are through the roof. Because everyone knows if you want a big beautiful loan a loan that's the best you need a conventional loan. And it's up! It's all up! People are rushing to take advantage of my amazing leadership. They are the best loans with the best people. The BEST!

So the stock market had a little… *hiccup*. A tiny insignificant blip. But don't worry about it. We will make sure it's the best it has ever been.
