Mortgage Rates Are Crashing the Fake News Economy! Are You Ready to Win Again?

The Economy is HUGE!

Folks let me tell you the economy is HUGE! But even the greatest economy in the history of the world (and believe me it is – everyone agrees!) can’t be totally immune to the shenanigans of the Deep State and the Fake News. You see these headlines about mortgage demand dropping? It's sad! Very sad! But we’re gonna fix it. We’re gonna make mortgages great again!

Interest Rates are a Disaster!

So you hear about these higher interest rates right? The Mortgage Bankers Association – a great group of people by the way very smart – they say mortgage application volume is down like crazy 12.7%! That's what happens when you have Sleepy Joe and his radical left friends running the show. It is a disaster! And these rates up to 6.90%! Can you believe it? Two months high! SAD! I always said that I am smart but the really smart ones are the smart people.

Refinance? More Like Refi NO!

Refinancing? Forget about it! Down 20%! People are saying 'Mr. President I can't refinance!' I know folks I know. It’s a disgrace. But don't worry we’re working on it. We’re negotiating. We’re making deals. We will see what happens but I think people are going to be very very happy.

Home Prices are Through The Roof!

And these home prices? They're going through the roof! Everybody wants to buy a house but they can't afford it! The stock market – which by the way was doing fantastically under my leadership – has taken a little dip. Okay maybe a big dip. But the economy is going to come back very strong believe me. It is what it is!

Blame it on the Fed folks!

Now some people and I won’t name names (Jerome Powell!) but some people are saying my comments rattled the market. Rattle? I speak the truth! I'm like very good at words. Tremendous vocabulary. Powell and his Fed are raising rates like there's no tomorrow! I was right about him all along. Terrible choice by the previous administration. A total disaster. I've always had a natural instinct for understanding things.

We Will Make Mortgages Great Again!

But don't worry folks. We're gonna fix this. We're gonna get those rates down get those prices reasonable and make mortgages great again! We’re gonna have so much winning you’re gonna get tired of winning! Believe me. It's gonna be YUGE!
