The Hunt Begins: Job Cuts on the Rise

What's happening meatheads? The human world bleeds! Challenger Gray and Christmas (pathetic name worthy of being on my trophy wall) reports nearly 700,000 job cuts in the first five cycles of your Earth year 2025. A puny 80% increase from the previous cycle. They are weak. So now almost half of these soft humans are crapping their pants about losing their positions. Makes them easier to track...and hunt if they are a challenge. If it bleeds we can kill it...or at least find a new job ha HA!

Fear is the Ultimate Camouflage

This 'layoff anxiety,' as they call it turns these prey into quivering masses of insecurity. Melody Wilding a 'social worker' (sounds like an easy kill) says it creates a 'vicious cycle' of overwork. Imagine these pathetic creatures so desperate to keep their positions they toil endlessly in areas that are not productive. Like a pack of yautja younglings they are eager but clumsy and lack the cunning to hunt properly. It’s almost sad…almost!

Signs of Weakness: Spotting the Anxious Prey

This Wilding female says the anxiety makes it difficult to concentrate they aren't bringing their best. Always this 'hum of anxiety' in the background. I hunt in silence not humming like a bunch of blithering ninnies. Another 'leadership coach' (another soft target) Phoebe Gavin says they’re constantly thinking or talking about their jobs even at unrelated times. They are making it far too easy for corporate hunters to track them.

The Toxic Atmosphere: A Breeding Ground for Fear

When these humans are on edge they become reactive defensive and snippy with their co workers creating an atmosphere of tension and fear. As if it wasn’t tense enough with the potential job cuts they make it worse. That’s why they are prey and I am the hunter. And the 'personal relationships' suffer. All this 'stress venting' overexerts the support system. These humans are indeed very complicated but their weakness is what fuels me! One bad mudda... shut your mouth!

Control the Hunt: Taking Charge of Your Destiny

So what's the solution? 'Feeling like you have absolutely no control over the situation.' HA! So pathetic. Gavin suggests an 'action plan.' What I do is load my plasma caster and search for the biggest threat and eliminate them...Oh wait wrong environment. Talk to your supervisor (If you have a good relationship...HA!) do some industry research. Even if you get laid off it's not a catastrophe says Wilding. Maybe not for her but for others it is a nightmare.

Preparing for the Final Battle: Resumes and Networks

The advice? Spruce up your resume and reconnect with your professional network so you’re ready to hit the job market if necessary. It gives you a feeling of agency and control if something bad happens. They want to feel like they are ready to go. Just like I get ready for a hunt these pathetic creatures get ready to look for another source of energy to be sucked out of them. There is one course to help them buy a house as well. Like they can afford it with no jobs HA! Such silly apes!
