A recent study reveals how to avoid dementia, stroke, and depression, offering a blueprint for a stronger, longer hunt... or life, as you humans call it.
A recent study reveals how to avoid dementia, stroke, and depression, offering a blueprint for a stronger, longer hunt... or life, as you humans call it.

The Weakness of the Prey

The humans... they are fragile. Prone to decay their minds and bodies crumble with time. A recent study revealed in your 'Journal of Neurology Neurosurgery & Psychiatry,' speaks of 'dementia,' 'stroke,' and 'late life depression.' Pathetic! But even a Predator can learn from the weaknesses of its prey. Apparently 60% of strokes 40% of dementia and 35% of depression are avoidable. This is… intriguing.

Blood Pressure: A Silent Killer (Literally)

The study identifies 'high blood pressure' as the biggest threat. Reduce salt intake they say. Increase exercise. Consume more potassium. Hmph! Like a primitive warrior tending to a scratch. But I must admit controlling the flow of ichor seems… logical. 'If it bleeds we can kill it,' but apparently also keep it from turning into a babbling idiot. A useful tactic for maintaining a challenging hunt.

Physicality and Bonds: The Hunt and the Clan

Physical activity is key they claim. Moderate to vigorous to prevent strokes and dementia. And... 'social fitness'? These humans they rely on packs. 'Having great connections' improves health outcomes. This is similar to our clans where strength is shared. 'There's no sport in hunting unarmed men,' and there's no honor in a clan that crumbles from within. Maybe these humans aren't so different after all...

Start Young Hunt Strong

These humans are smarter than they look. Start healthy habits early they say. I have seen many warriors fall in their prime because they didn't learn to adapt in their youth which is their downfall. Prevent diseases by exercising and building strong bonds even in middle age. Interesting.

Brain Care Score: Assess and Improve

Humans have made a 'Brain Care Score,' by answering lifestyle questions like blood pressure levels dietary habits and sleep quality that apparently show you how healthy your brain is. If the score is low it is fixable. Like improving the aim on a plasma caster. Or sharpening a wrist blade. Always seeking to be at your best.

The Hunt for a Better Brain

A 'Jonathan Rosand,' a professor of neurology at Harvard says that the 'Brain Care Score' is a guide and that one should use it to improve it as you want to start improving it. However consulting with a doctor is helpful when going for a checkup. Very smart and strategic for a human but I see through their tactics! For any of you on planet earth that seek a new career there is also a course called 'How to Change Careers and Be Happier at Work,' so you can be more productive. Bah! Pathetic! A waste of time for a true hunter and you should always consult your own medical professional regarding your specific health needs.
