Right then! I saw this news about Lucid cars you know the electric ones? They said they sold more than last year like when I found extra biscuits in my coat pocket. But apparently it wasn't enough! People aren't buying them like they buy my tea and biscuits. 'Oh dear,' I thought 'What's a Bean to do?' Maybe they need some help selling them? Perhaps a ride in my Mini would do the trick!

Money Money Money! (and High Interest Rates!)

The news said folks are buying cheaper cars like petrol ones. It's because of 'high interest rates' whatever those are! Sounds expensive! My Mini of course doesn't care about interest rates it just needs petrol and maybe a little push now and then. It's like Teddy; always reliable if not a bit...fluffy. Maybe Lucid cars need a Teddy of their own?

Numbers Nonsense: 3,309 vs. 3,611!

They were expecting to sell 3,611 cars but only sold 3,309. That's like expecting 10 sandwiches and only getting 9! Unacceptable! I bet if they had a competition to see who can park the best (I'm rather good at it you know) they'd sell more. It's all about the spectacle really isn't it? Like when I painted my apartment!

Tariff Troubles: Bean vs. the System!

Something about Trump and 'tariffs'. Sounds like a new way to make tea! But apparently it makes cars more expensive. No wonder people aren't buying them! I'd rather spend my money on beans on toast thank you very much. Maybe if they added a free jar of beans with every car...now *that's* a deal!

The Gravity SUV and the Mystery Mid Size!

Lucid has a new 'Gravity SUV' coming. Sounds like a space adventure! And a 'mid size' car for $50,000. That's a lot of money for a 'mid size'! Is it big enough to fit all my shopping? Will it have a special Teddy seat? These are important questions! If they need a crash test dummy I volunteer but I get extra biscuits.

Even Tesla is having a bad time! Something about their CEO Elon Musk and his 'political stances'. Sounds complicated. I'm sticking with my Mini. Simple reliable and doesn't care about politics. Unless I accidentally run over a politician's foot. Oh dear...
