Wah! Trump Changes His Mind Faster Than I Do Stunts!
Hello my friends! It's Jackie Chan and today I’m not talking about punching bad guys but something almost as exciting: steel! You know the stuff that makes cars buildings and occasionally helps me slide down buildings in my movies. So President Trump he did a flip flop faster than I can climb a bamboo ladder! He's given the green light to the merger of U.S. Steel and Nippon Steel. Aiyyah! Who saw that coming?
From 'National Security' to 'Economic Opportunity' – The Plot Twist!
Remember Biden saying 'No way Jose!' because of national security? Trump now says it's a 'planned partnership' that'll create jobs and boost the U.S. economy. That’s like saying I’ll stop doing my own stunts – never gonna happen! But maybe just maybe this is a good thing. More jobs? More money? Sounds like a Rush Hour payday to me!
Pittsburgh's Steel Heart Beats On – Headquarters Stays Put!
Good news for Pittsburgh! U.S. Steel's HQ will remain right there. The investments will be flowing in like water off a duck's back – or in my case off my head after a water bucket prank on set. This is great! Pittsburgh gets to keep its steel swagger. As I would say: 'Don't punch me I'm from Pittsburgh!'
Steel Stocks Soar – I Should Invest!
U.S. Steel shares jumped more than 20%! Wowza! Maybe I should invest some of my 'Who Am I?' money into this. It's like when I find a hidden treasure in a movie – except this time it’s real money! Making money without breaking my bones sounds like a good plan
Trump's Rally – Will There Be Kung Fu?
Trump is planning a rally at U.S. Steel in Pittsburgh on May 30th. Hmm I wonder if there'll be any action? Maybe I can teach him a few moves. I would be like 'Mr. President never use a knife in a fist fight!' No no maybe not. But the rally for sure will be something.
So Is This a Happy Ending? We'll See!
So my friends it looks like this steel saga might have a happy ending. But remember like in my movies anything can happen! I am no fortune teller. I do not know for sure. Let's hope this deal brings jobs money and maybe even inspires a few awesome steel themed stunts for my next movie. Until then keep smiling and remember: 'I do martial arts for defense. I don't teach people to be offensive.'
