Life is Like a Box of Stocks: You Never Know What You're Gonna Get

Mama always said life was like a box of chocolates. But I think she mighta been talkin' 'bout the stock market lately. Seems like every time you blink somethin' new happens. Folks are talkin' 'bout tariffs which I think are like when someone tries to take your shrimp on the boat but I ain't too sure. Anyway the S&P 500 the Nasdaq and the Dow Jones they all went up like a rocket! Up up and away! I just hope they don't go too high 'cause I'm afraid of heights.

Reciprocal Tariffs and Escalating Conflict: Is that Like Peas and Carrots?

Mr. Trump is talkin' 'bout 'reciprocal' somethin's with other countries. It's kinda like when Bubba and me shared our shrimp recipes. But these 'tariffs' they sound like trouble. And there's fightin' in the Middle East. Israel and Iran are bickerin' and Mr. Trump is helpin' out Israel. It's like Jenny and me fightin' but with bigger booms and less huggin'. But somehow the stock market ain't payin' no mind. It's like it's runnin' a marathon just keep on runnin'!

Oil Prices: Run Forrest Run!

The only thing that's been wobbly is the price of oil. Up and down like a seesaw. Folks are worried 'bout the fightin' over in Iran. It's like when I was runnin' from those bullies I just kept goin' never knowin' where I'd end up. Oil prices are kinda like that too I guess.

Coterra: One Less Thing

I hear tell that even some companies like Coterra are goin' up. Folks like somethin' called AI and they are using it to buy stocks. Maybe I should try doin' that.

The AI Craze: Are These Computers Smarter Than Bubba?

Now this AI thing... that's artificial intelligence for those of you who ain't book smart like me. Seems like everyone's excited 'bout it. Companies like Broadcom GE Vernova and Nvidia are doin' real good. It's like they're runnin' faster than me! But other stores like Home Depot and TJX are not doin' so hot. I don't know maybe folks are too busy lookin' at computers to fix up their houses or buy new clothes. Though my mama always said 'You can tell a lot about a person by their shoes.' Maybe them AI folks just got fancy shoes now.

Home Depot and Salesforce: That's All I Have to Say About That

Home Depot and Salesforce are not doin' great neither. I don't know much about them but I sure like fixin' up my porch and watchin' the sunset. Just keep your eye on the ball. And remember what Jenny said 'Just let it go Forrest'. Sometimes things just work out. And if they don't well you can always go runnin'.
