Run Investors Run Is the Sky Really Falling?!

Mama Always Said...

Now I ain't no financial wizard like Mr. Cramer but Mama always said 'Life is like a box of chocolates you never know what you're gonna get.' And let me tell you this here stock market is just like that box! One minute you think you're gonna get a caramel the next thing you know you're bitin' into a coconut! This Mr. Trump and his tariffs well they’re shakin' things up like a shrimp net in a hurricane!

Dow Jones Does the Jig

Mr. Cramer he was talkin' 'bout how the Dow Jones that's like a big ol' roller coaster went up and down more than a fiddler's elbow on Monday. He said it dropped about 350 points. That's a lot of points! Makes me think of all those ping pong balls I hit up and down up and down. But Mr. Cramer he seems to think things will be alright. He says this ain't gonna be no Great Recession 2.0. He says the institutions are still strong. Whatever that means.

Tariffs Trouble and Tribulations

These tariffs they're causing “real trouble,” according to Mr. Cramer. It's like when I was tryin' to catch those shrimp with Bubba. Sometimes you catch a lot sometimes you catch nothin'. But Bubba he always had a plan. Mr. Cramer seems to think Mr. Trump needs a plan too a plan about negotiating not just punishin' China. Seems like a smart fella that Mr. Cramer.

Stroke of a Pen a Change of Fate

Mr. Cramer says Mr. Trump could fix things with the stroke of a pen. Just like when I signed those endorsement deals for ping pong paddles! But if Mr. Trump is more interested in makin' China pay and bringin' jobs back here well Mr. Cramer thinks we might have a "real problem." It's like when I tried to run a marathon for no particular reason. Seemed like a good idea at the time but then my feet started hurtin’!

Keeping All the Balls in the Air

So Mr. Trump's gotta juggle inflation trade deals and keep folks workin'. That's like tryin' to teach Lt. Dan to play ping pong after he lost his legs! It ain't easy! Mr. Cramer thinks if Mr. Trump can't do all three he'll just say he won and back off on those tariffs. Which is why the market didn't totally collapse. Least that's what Mr. Cramer says.

Don't Go Running Just Yet!

So what's a fella to do? Mr. Cramer says don't panic and sell everything. Just like when I was in Vietnam and them bombs were droppin'. You just gotta keep your head down and keep movin'. He says there might be some good deals out there if you know where to look. So maybe just hold on tight and remember what Mama said 'You gotta put the past behind you before you can move on.' And maybe just maybe everything will be alright.
