See Apple they were taking a bit of a cut from Spotify when folks bought their music stuff through the app. But now a judge she said 'Apple you gotta let Spotify show folks what they're payin' and give 'em other ways to pay too!' So Spotify they're happier than a shrimp boat captain after a big catch.

So Spotify they ran faster than me when I was runnin' from those bullies and they put together a new update for their app. Now folks can see how much the music costs and even use other ways besides Apple's way to pay. That's what a blog post say. It's like Jenny always said 'You have to do what's best for you'... I think thats what she said. I don't quite remember.

Apple's Got a Case of the Mondays (or Wednesdays)

Apple though they're not too happy. They're sayin' they'll do what the judge told 'em but they don't agree with it. They're gonna fight it like when Bubba was fightin' for the best shrimpin' spots. So they are going to appeal this. I don't even know what 'appeal' means but it sounds like somethin' serious.

One Small Step for Spotify...

This is a big deal because Spotify's one of the first to get this kind of update. It's like when I was the first one to play ping pong with those paddles that was a big deal too. The update's called 9.0.40 if you are wanting to get it.

Judge Judy Er Yvonne's Got Some Words!

The judge her name's Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers. She's the same one who was dealin' with that Fortnite game thing. She even said Apple was tryin' to get around her rules. And she said one of Apple's bigwigs Alex Roman might have not been tellin' the whole truth about them fees. That's like when Lieutenant Dan was callin' me names... but this is more serious. She even told some lawyers to look into it see if they should do more investigation.
