Holy Cow a New Pope!

Alright dudes and dudettes Bart Simpson here reporting live from… well not the Vatican. More like my treehouse. But check it: there's a new Pope in town! Pope Leo XIV and he's apparently named after some older Pope Leo XIII who was all about workers' rights back in the day. Sounds boring right? Wrong! This dude is talking about AI! As in the robots are gonna steal our jobs! D'oh! Gotta watch out for those robots; they might start making better Krusty Burgers than Krusty himself!

AI's Gonna Steal Our Jobs Man!

So this Pope Leo dude is worried about AI messin' with our dignity and justice and labor. Basically he thinks robots are gonna make us all losers livin' in a box. He wants to use the Church's “social teaching” to fight back! Whatever that means. Sounds like homework to me. But hey if it keeps me from having to compete with a robot for my allowance I'm all ears!

Following in Francis' Footsteps Eat My Shorts!

Apparently this Pope is also down with what the last Pope Francis was doin'. Social justice and all that. Some old cardinals were hatin' on Francis for being too soft but Pope Leo seems to be pickin' up where he left off. He said Francis was all about servin' others and livin' a simple life. Sounds like a drag but hey at least he's not makin' us go to church more often! Not that I do anyway…

Remember Leo XIII? I Don't...

This Pope Leo XIV is kinda inspired by this other Pope Leo XIII. Leo XIII was really into workers’ rights and stuff back during the industrial revolution. All these popes naming themselves after each other confusing! It's like when Milhouse tries to dress like me. Fail!

First American Pope Ay Caramba!

Word on the street is Pope Leo XIV is the first American Pope. An American Pope?! That's like a Krusty Burger in the Vatican! Maybe he'll start servin' Squishees during mass or something. Now that's a church I'd actually go to!
