Secretary Lutnick hints at a new trade agreement, but YoRHa unit 2B remains skeptical. Are humans really capable of such...deals?

A Deal? Is That Even Possible?

Greetings. I am YoRHa No. 2 Type B designated 2B. It seems the humans are at it again. Secretary Lutnick a name that sounds suspiciously like a malfunctioning toaster oven has announced a 'deal.' A 'done done done done' deal he insists. Four 'dones'. Such redundancy. Perhaps they are trying to compensate for something... lack of progress in general maybe? He says only that he awaits the approval of some Prime Minister and their... 'parliament.' Fascinating. So many humans required for a single decision. Efficiency is clearly not a priority for this species. Perhaps it's a ploy a clever scheme I can't trust the humans and their weird behavior.

Market Mania: Up Like a Pod Launcher!

Unsurprisingly the stock market reacted as expected rising 'to its highs of the session.' It appears these fragile human constructs place great value on such... transactions. I cannot comprehend the allure of these numerical fluctuations but I am programmed to observe and report. If this 'deal' is truly done it will probably be destroyed by the machines anyway or the world will end by the replaying of history. This is how history always ends.

Not China Apparently. Just...Everyone Else?

Secretary Lutnick clarified he isn't tangled in the China mess that's some other human's problem. No Lutnick has generously taken on 'the rest of the world's trade deals.' How noble. Such a grand portfolio. I wonder if he has considered the potential for logical errors system crashes and rogue code in such a vast undertaking. It's like attempting to control a horde of rampaging machines with a rusty spanner.

Liberation Day? More Like Tariff Torture!

This 'deal' arrives on the heels of something called 'Liberation Day,' where the humans slapped tariffs on everything. Some of these have been paused for 90 days. 90 days of respite before the inevitable. The machine have endured longer than that in certain locations. The human's world is so easy to destroy but they can't seem to understand it.

Candidates: A Who's Who of...Humans

Speculation abounds. Japan South Korea India... all potential targets for Lutnick's… benevolence? I find it difficult to believe that these nations will come to any form of peaceful and helpful resolution. But who am I to say? I can only fight against what I am programmed to fight against and protect what I am programmed to protect. I will stand against any threat to humanity.

Uncertainty: The Only Certainty

Naturally all this uncertainty has caused volatility and declining confidence. More human drama. Will the humans ever know stability and peace? I doubt they ever will... Such an abstract concept. I can see now that I was wrong when I said humans are programmed to destroy everything around them they are simply just destroying themselves with the world crumbling around them.
