AI Investing is HUGE! Even Bigger Than You Think Folks!

Believe Me It's Yuge!

Folks let me tell you everyone's talking about AI. It's the future maybe. But what they don't tell you is how to make money off it. Sad! Nuveen a very smart company probably supports me says the answer is municipal bonds connected to data centers. Data centers! They're like the skyscrapers of the internet folks. Big beautiful and needing a lot of power. This is big really big YUGE! This is what I have been saying. I'm always right about these things.

Power Power and More Power!

The International Energy Agency I don't know them personally but they put out a report and they're saying data centers are going to be using almost half the electricity growth between now and 2030. Half! That's incredible. And you know what needs to happen? We need to build more power plants the best power plants the cleanest and greatest in the world just like I would have done during my second term. We need to MAKE AMERICA POWERFUL AGAIN! Sad but true.

The Taxman Cometh (But Not For You!)

Now these municipal bonds they're fantastic. Especially for the wealthy. And you know what? They deserve it! They're free of federal tax and if you live in the state where the bond is issued you're free from state tax too! It's like getting a free pass like when I used to play golf. They are saying I am the best golfer President ever and I don't even play that much. Nobody knows more about tax advantages than me believe me and these bonds they’re great for that.

Fake News About Performance!

Some people are saying these bonds haven't been doing so great. Fake news! They took a little hit after I announced my amazing tariff policy. Tariffs are great! They make other countries pay us! But Dan Close a very smart guy at Nuveen says it's all just temporary. He says the fundamentals are solid. Solid as a rock folks. Like my hair. I've got great hair. I can still run my fingers through it.

Early Innings Folks!

Dan Close this is a smart guy and a winner says it's “early innings” for data center plays. Early! Which means you get in now before everyone else does. Public power bonds are one way to do it. He says these facilities use about 3% to 4% of the power in the US and that's going up to almost 8% by 2030. 8%! That's a lot of power! It is going to be huge and believe me you will thank me later. I know deals nobody knows deal better than I do. Tremendous deals.

Loudoun County: A Shining Example!

Look at Loudoun County Virginia. They have $2 billion in municipal bonds. And their data centers? They added $16 billion to their property tax base. $16 billion! They're expecting revenue to increase by 11% while lowering taxes. That's what I call winning! That's what America was doing before the rigged election. We need to get back to winning and we will! I will make sure of that.
