Now this Noelle Laing she's been promoted to Chief Investment Officer. That sounds like a real fancy title! She used to work with Lukas Walton at Cambridge Associates. She then joined Builders Vision back in 2019 and she's been doin' a real good job ever since. Mr. Walton himself said she's the perfect person for the job. I reckon she is 'cause Mr. Walton seems like a smart fella.

Since 2022 Noelle's been in charge of the money that Builders Vision gives away about $1.7 billion of it. Now that's a whole lot of shrimp! She made sure almost all of that money went to things that helped the world. She even helped invest over $300 million in new companies and money managers. Seems like she knows how to turn money into somethin' good like turnin' shrimp into a whole buffet!

A Growing Field: The Rise of Family Offices

Now Builders Vision is a big family office one of the biggest around like Lieutenant Dan invested in that fruit company and made a whole lotta money. They're growin' bigger all the time and Noelle's gonna be in charge of even more stuff now. She'll be overseein' about 20 investors and is lookin' to hire about half a dozen more gettin' the team up to almost 30 people. That's a lot of folks!

Noelle says that Builders Vision is big enough to do a lot of different things to help the world.
