Wah! When I heard about this Air India flight AI 171 having a… *ahem*… 'unplanned landing' in Ahmedabad I almost choked on my green tea! Reuters and ANI say it’s a crash. A real crash! This is no good! I'm deeply saddened by the news. You know I’ve done a few… let's say 'less than perfect' landings myself in my movies (remember that one in 'Who Am I?' where I used a crane as a brake? Haha! Not so funny in real life eh?). But this… this is serious.

The big bosses at Air India like Mr. N Chandrasekaran and the Tata Group are all saying how terrible it is. And they are right! Mr. Chandrasekaran words resonate. A Boeing 787 Dreamliner… sounds fancy but even fancy planes can have a bad day huh? I just hope everyone on board is alright. More than 200 people they say! That’s a lot of lives.
