Hello my friends! It's Jackie Chan! So I hear Australia's having an election on May 3rd. Like in a movie there's always a big fight scene right? Well this is like a political fight scene! Prime Minister Albanese wants another term but it's not going to be easy. As I always say 'Sometimes it takes a little longer to get there but you get there!' Let's see if Albanese can stick the landing just like I do with my stunts!

Cost of Living? Ouch! That Hurts More Than a Bad Stunt!

Ooh cost of living going up? That's like stubbing your toe on a coffee table! Hurts right? Albanese has been trying to help people like giving tax cuts. It's like when I give someone a first aid after a stunt gone wrong...but sometimes the injuries are too deep to heal easily! But still I believe in 'No matter how difficult the past you can always begin again today.' So keep trying Albanese!

Trump's Tariffs? That's a Real Head Scratcher!

And then there's my good friend Donald Trump and his tariffs! Remember when I was in 'Rush Hour' and had to figure out what Chris Tucker was saying? Dealing with Trump's tariffs is like that but even more confusing! He wants tariffs on steel aluminum and cars! Poor Albanese is trying to convince him to give Australia a break. It's like trying to convince a shark to eat tofu hard man hard!

Remember the Good Old Days?!

Back in Trump's first term Australia got away without these tariffs like when I got away from those bad guys in 'Police Story'! Ah those were the days! Now Trump's talking about 25% tariffs on cars 'not made in the U.S.'! Sounds like a Jackie Chan movie plot: 'The Tariff Troubles'! I can see myself jumping over cars fighting for fair trade!

Aussie U.S. Trade: A Love Hate Relationship?!

America actually has a trade surplus with Australia about $17.9 billion! That's a lot of noodles! It's a little bit of a Rush Hour situation need to be friends but the policies are making us enemies now. Hopefully they can work things out. Like I always say 'Don't get me wrong I'm not a bad person. I just like to do bad things.' Maybe Trump is just playing hardball to get a better deal!
