Word on the street is that Thailand's Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra managed to wiggle her way out of a no confidence vote! Can you believe it? Seems like someone's got more lives than a cat in a shaggin' wagon!

But hold on a tickle because things get a bit… complicated. The opposition party is shouting from the rooftops that she's taking orders from her daddy Thaksin Shinawatra! Yeah baby! It's like Dr. Evil pulling the strings from his volcano lair only instead of world domination it's well Thai land domination! Oh behave!

And it doesn't stop there! Seems like being Prime Minister runs in the family. Her auntie Yingluck Shinawatra held the big seat until a coup showed her the door! Talk about keeping it in the family! It's a right proper dynasty innit?

Now these opposition MPs they are not mucking about. Apparently they are saying the PM has got some knowledge gaps. And is dodging questions from reporters! It's like trying to get a straight answer from Dr. Evil about his evil plans good luck with that! But it seems they did not have enough votes to kick her out which is groovy for her.

And to top it all off it seems like the public ain't exactly thrilled with her performance. Polls show only a smidge over 45% of folks are happy with her first six months in office. Ouch! That's lower than Dr. Evil's golf score and that's saying something! But hey she survived the vote so maybe she'll turn things around.
