As if defeating Ganon wasn't enough stress now we have to worry about tech moguls and trade wars! Honestly it's enough to make you want to hide in a pot and hope it all blows over. Apparently this whole 'Made in the USA' thing could make iPhones pricier than a lifetime supply of Lon Lon Milk! Some 'Wall Street analysts' (who sound suspiciously like those Gossip Stones) say moving production could increase the cost by at least 25%. One fellow named Dan Ives even thinks a US made iPhone could cost a staggering $3,500! By the Goddess Hylia at that price you could buy a small stable full of Eponas! I wonder if they take rupees...

A Jab From the Past Echoes in the Present

This isn't the first time Apple and Trump have crossed swords folks. It seems he's been ramping up the pressure on Tim Cook to bring manufacturing home. They even met at the 'White House' (not to be confused with the White Sanctuary thankfully). Tariffs Tantrums: The EU Joins the Fun

Hold on to your hats Hylians! Trump isn't stopping at Apple; he's also calling for a 50% tariff on products from the 'European Union'! It seems tensions are rising faster than a Cucco in a thunderstorm. I shudder to think what this means for the price of gourmet mushroom skewers. Seriously can't we all just get along and share some fairy tonic? Why must there always be chaos and strife? Oh wait that's my life in a nutshell. Carry on.

In all of this hullabaloo Apple has remained as silent as a sleeping Deku Baba. They declined to comment but I hear they're expecting to pay around $900 million in additional costs for tariffs this quarter. That's a lot of rupees down the drain! Let's hope this doesn't affect the release of their next fancy gadget. The world might end if they can't get their hands on the newest shiniest thing. I tell you this is going to be a long journey...
