Gonna Fly Now... Right Into High Prices!

Yo Adrian things are gettin' hotter than a Philly summer! Heard the news? Oil prices are jumpin' higher than me tryin' to catch a chicken. Seems like Israel and Iran are throwin' punches and those punches are landin' right on our wallets. They're sayin' crude oil went up faster than my chances with Adrian back in '76! U.S. crude oil is up like $2.72 which is 3.7% endin' up to $75.67 per barrel. Global stuff called Brent is up $3.67 like 4.94% goin' to $77.90 a barrel. It's gettin' expensive out there!

Two Gas Fields Hit and It Ain't No Barbecue!

So these Israeli fellas they went and hit some Iranian natural gas places like the South Pars field. Big one they say. Like maybe as big as my heart for Adrian! Hit two processin' places but nobody's sayin' how bad it is. But with one of the biggest fields of natural gas being hit it can only mean higher prices for us ya know?

Major Oil Depot Down Near Tehran!

Word on the street is Israel didn't just stop at the gas fields. They reportedly hit a major oil depot near Tehran! And you know I heard that the Iranians hit a major oil refinery in Haifa in response. Like a back and forth that ain't pretty. It's like me and Apollo in the ring all over again but this time it's our bank accounts gettin' knocked out!

Biggest Jump Since... Ukraine? Stallone!

They're sayin' this is the biggest jump in oil prices since Russia went and messed with Ukraine back in 2022! That's like... a long time in boxing years! Crude oil went up 13% last week! Thirteen percent! I can barely run thirteen blocks without wheezin' these days let alone afford the gas to drive it!

Iran's Thinkin' About Shutting the Strait Down!

Now get this: Iran's thinkin' about slammin' shut the Strait of Hormuz. I don't know what that is but I know if that closes no oil passes! They're ready to shut it down tighter than Mickey's fists. Gonna cause more problems than I can shake a stick at. We are talking serious shortages and of course higher prices.

Ain't About How Hard You Can Hit!

I always said 'It ain't about how hard you can hit but how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.' But these prices are hittin' hard and it's gettin' tough to keep movin' forward!
