So these brainy guys are talking about two ways to do this. One is a big central place with everyone's information. Like a treasure chest that everyone can reach. The other is where everyone has their own little island with their own treasure. That sounds like my crew! But someone mentioned that if you put all the treasure in one place bad guys might try to steal it! Like when Buggy tried to steal my Straw Hat! Guess we gotta be careful!

They are talking about digital driver's licenses which is like trying to figure out what to do with a piece of wood at sea I thought they were for ships. Apparently some places are trying to do it but it's taking forever! It's like trying to convince Zoro to go to the left. I guess a national identity system would be like a giant adventure and everyone would need to use it and follow the rules to achieve it.

This Fink guy has been talking about this for a while now. He wants to make things cheaper and easier. Maybe he wants to cut down on the price of MEAT?! But some people are worried about privacy.
