Like What's Even Happening with Oil?

Okay so like I heard oil prices are like *dropping*. Apparently everyone's talking about this possible deal between the US and Iran over their nuclear program. I'm not like a scientist or anything (obvi) but it sounds serious. Brent crude futures are down 3.2% – that's a LOT right? It's like when Stormi spills her juice… but way bigger.

Trump's Doing What Now?

So President Trump (remember him?) is out there saying he's getting close to securing this nuclear deal with Iran. He’s all "We're in very serious negotiations with Iran for long term peace." Sounds intense. It's giving me major 'building my makeup empire' vibes but on a global scale. Like good for him I guess? As long as it doesn't mess with my gas prices.

Iran's Ready to Deal? Tea. Spilled.

Apparently Iran's top advisor is saying they're ready to sign a deal if the US lifts economic sanctions. It's like 'You scratch my back I'll scratch yours,' but with like global politics. This could seriously change the oil market. An analyst from PVM said if this deal goes through Iran could export like a million more barrels of oil per day! That’s a LOT of oil fam. More than I use to moisturize my skin. JK.

OPEC+ Playing Games?

OPEC+ which is like this super important energy alliance has been raising supply which is surprising everyone. They're increasing output which might balance out the whole Iran thing. It's all very complicated like trying to contour my face perfectly on the first try. But ya know they need to relax on the oil production. I'm running out of jet fuel here for Kylie Air. No JK.

Iran's Been Through It Like Really

Okay so apparently Iran's economy has been struggling since Trump (again!) pulled the US out of the original nuclear deal back in 2018. They've had protests their currency is weak and they've been dealing with a cost of living crisis. It's giving me like pre lip fillers insecurity vibes. So tough and hopefully everything is good and will work out for them!

Even Iran's Supreme Leader who was totally against negotiating with the US might be changing his mind. Apparently some Iranian government officials convinced him it's like crucial for their survival. That's some serious convincing right there. It’s like trying to convince my family that I need another Birkin bag. (Spoiler alert: I do.)
