The German DAX continues its climb, fueled by optimism and strategic shifts, but whispers of American resurgence threaten its ascent. Will Germany's strength endure, or will the allure of Wall Street prove too strong to resist?

Another Rise? BOI!

Hmph. The German DAX climbs like Kratos ascending Olympus. Nineteen percent since the year's dawn! While those on Wall Street stumble like drunken gods Europe basks in sunlight. Is this true strength or fleeting fortune? The boy asks me this. I tell him only 'Prepare yourself. The world is unpredictable.'

New Leaders New Fortunes?

These mortals celebrate a new coalition a 'historic vote'. Defense spending shall increase they say. As if weapons alone forge a nation. They speak of 'sell America' sentiment money flowing like the River of Souls away from Trump's…antics. Fools! Power is not found in coin alone but in the will to wield it. But strength is nothing without intelligence.

A Pause in the Tariff Wars

A '90 day pause' in the tariff dance between the U.S. and China. Wall Street predictably rejoices a 'bumper rally'. These mortals are easily swayed. Lingering uncertainty clouds the German view. Strategists and analysts bicker like children over scraps. 'How much further?' they cry. They know nothing. Only chaos awaits.

Deutsche Bank Dares to Dream

Deutsche Bank bold fools predict a DAX of 25,000! A premium of 5% they claim. 'Index forecasts have been beaten!' one Maximilian Uleer shouts. Arrogance! But even a god can respect confidence. I too once believed myself invincible. But I would not allow sentiment to cloud my judgement.

Beware the Siren Song of Wall Street

Dan Coatsworth speaks of 'addiction to North America'. A weakness! He says the DAX once a 'cheap alternative' now costs more. Like the enchantments of a Siren. Fools may abandon ship to seek lost treasure and will be lost to the storm. "Do not be sorry. Be better!" I shout at the monitor.

Uncertainty Looms Like Fimbulwinter

Carsten Brzeski warns of disappointment. 'High expectations' for Germany he says. Mortals are ever impatient wanting fortune delivered yesterday. He predicts investors becoming disillusioned as fiscal promises drag like Draugr through the mud. But it is not the end until the end.

Deutsche Bank's forecast seems overly optimistic.

I'm betting on Europe. The US is a mess.

Is Germany really doing all that well? I'm not sure...
