Okay so apparently some super important but also kinda boring news came out about international students and their visas. Seems like those Department of Homeland Security dudes were messing with stuff yanking visas and then... *poof*... giving 'em back! Honestly who needs consistency when you can have CHAOS? I'm telling ya if I were in charge every student would get a rocket launcher and a free pass to paint the town any color they want! Now THAT'S a policy change everyone can get behind!

These so called 'college experts' are all 'Oh this is a win for students!' and 'Oh this is good for higher education!' Blah blah BLOO DY BLAH! They sound like Powder when she's trying to be all reasonable! Seriously where's the fun in that? All I hear is 'blah blah blah' and I'm like 'rules are meant to be broken!'. Though I will say chaos in the classroom could be fun... More lab explosions! Heh. Just imagine the look on those professors faces!

So Mr. Orange Hair (you know who I'm talking about) decided to play with these visa thingies. Turns out that sudden changes is making college applicants re think about their plans for next year. *sigh* I can relate cause there is no amount of money that could make me wanna go back to school.

Apparently this 'uncertainty' is causing some students to bail on the U.S. and head to Canada or the UK. Canada? Seriously? Sounds kinda boring don't you think? UK? Well at least they have crumpets. Alright here's the real kicker: international students bring in a buttload of cash! $43.8 BILLION people! That's enough to buy like a million rocket launchers! No wonder those colleges are sweating. They need those foreign students to keep the tuition money flowing. It's all about the Benjamins...or whatever currency they use in those other countries. Doesn't matter it all burns the same when I set it on fire!

Despite all the visa drama and the threat of students running off to maple syrup land some fancy pants college consultant guy says the U.S. is still the top choice for the rich and fabulous. Apparently they just *love* sending their kids to Ivy League schools. Well good for them! More targets for my Fishbones!
