Alright alright settle down everybody! Donkey here your favorite talking steed and resident news reporter! Turns out these fancy folks over at LinkedIn made a list! A LIST I tell ya! It's about the bestest most super duper companies to work for in Singapore! And guess what? My ears perked right up when I heard about it! I was all like 'Ooh ooh pick me! Pick me!' But then I remembered I'm kinda irreplaceable where I am you know? Shrek NEEDS me!

DBS Bank: The Three peat Champion!

So apparently this DBS Bank is the king of the castle! They've been number one for THREE years in a row! Three! That's like three onions! Or maybe three layers of an ogre! They must be doing something right to keep the employees happy and growing faster than my toenaails! Good for them! If they are serving waffles there I am so in!

Healthcare is HOT HOT HOT!

Now get this! Healthcare and all that science y stuff are making a big splash! Roche Novartis MSD... sounds like a bunch of characters from one of those fairytale plays! The LinkedIn folks are saying it's because Singapore is getting serious about healthcare and investing in smarty pants people. Well good for them! Maybe they can find a cure for Dragon's fire breath... sometimes it gets a little smoky around the swamp.

Tech Banking and a Sprinkle of Fairy Dust!

It looks like tech and banking are still the big cheese but there's a lot more variety these days! It's not just about gold coins and gadgets anymore; it's about helping folks grow and learn new skills. Serla Rusli some LinkedIn expert said these companies want people who are “technically fluent” and can "grow with the business." That’s a lot of fancy words but it sounds like they want people who are quick on their feet like me when I'm dodging Dragon's... affections. 'Not in the forest!'

Serla also said that if you are trying to get a job you better get some skills in you and be ready to adapt like me when Shrek tries a new recipe! So if you’re looking for a new job get ready to learn faster than I can eat a waffle! Which is really fast if you were wondering... And remember a growth mindset is your superpower.
