Alright listen up. Trump's back at it claiming James Comey the ex FBI head honcho was practically waving a flag for his assassination. Seems Comey posted a picture with the numbers '8647' spelled out in seashells. Seashells! Trump and his crew are saying it's code for 'get rid of' the 47th President. This is getting ridiculous even for politics. Like a bad dream...

Code Talker or Seashell Collector?

Trump's calling Comey a dirty cop. Says a 'child knows' what those numbers meant assassination. Seriously? A child? I've seen kids build sandcastles that are more threatening. Comey claims he didn't even realize the numbers had any violent association and took the post down. But hey what does he know? A shell is a shell! Who cares what the message is right?

Eighty Six This!

Now this 'Eighty Six' thing. It's a verb see? Means to refuse eject or get rid of. Merriam Webster stuff not exactly a secret language of assassins. Fox News even pointed out Comey said he wasn't calling for violence and Trump said: "Well he apologized 'cause he was hit.". "He was hit"? What is this some sort of cartoon violence? He was hit with the truth maybe?

The Pam Bondi Sanction

Asked what he wanted to see happen to Comey Trump said it was up to Attorney General Pam Bondi. He's playing coy now. But it doesn't matter what Pam Bondi does because Trump thinks Comey is a "dirty cop". Someone is playing God with other people's lives and for what? It all boils down to one question: What is worth fighting for?

Secret Service Says...Something

The Secret Service is "vigorously investigating." Of course they are. Gotta protect their protectees. But they also said they're aware of the social media posts and take rhetoric like this very seriously. Beyond that they do not comment on protective intelligence matters. It would be nice if there was another matter that did not involve violence and death...

First Amendment or First Target?

The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression is calling this political speech protected by the First Amendment. They say it's not a true threat and the investigation is a waste of time. They're right. It's a stretch like trying to pull a tank out of the mud with a slingshot. The administration should drop it. This whole thing is about as dangerous as a butterfly with a machine gun.
