Senator Shaheen's on my wavelength. She's seen the snake in the grass. This Musk guy and his DOGE crew they've been poking around where they shouldn't. Like a kid playing with a loaded weapon only this weapon's data. She's worried they'll take that data back to their fancy tech caves and use it to line their own pockets. 'To survive a war you gotta become war.' And right now this smells like a data war brewing.

Nothing Is Over! (Except Their Terms)

These DOGE guys they're like shadows moving in the night. Accessing everything from Social Security to Medicare. Shaheen's right to be suspicious. These tech wizards they're good at making things disappear. Now Musk's clock is ticking. His days as a 'special' government employee are numbered and so are some of his DOGE dogs.

Trust? Never Had It!

Bannon's chiming in too? Even that guy sees the smoke. 'Trust but verify,' he says. That's what my old CO used to tell me. Only in this case verification might involve a whole lot of firepower. Musk is saying DOGE saved money the New York Times is saying the opposite who is right? 'They're all expendable.'

The Cost of Freedom (or Data)

Turns out this whole DOGE experiment might cost taxpayers a fortune. $135 billion they're saying. That's a lot of dough for a bunch of 'efficiency experts' who are basically rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. 'Live for nothing or die for something.' Guess we're dying for a balanced budget.

They're Closing In!

Musk's got these grand plans to slash spending. But those plans keep changing. First it was $2 trillion now it's $1 trillion. Sounds like someone's covering their tracks. X is already up to its neck in trouble. Canada's sniffing around wondering if they're using personal data to train their AI. 'Murdock I'm coming to get you!'

No Choice! (But to Stay Vigilant)

Shaheen's asking Trump to make these guys swear they won't use the data they've been playing with. It's a start but a piece of paper doesn't stop a man with a hunger for power.
