Alright alright settle down folks! Donkey here with the news that's got me braying with excitement! Ireland yes the land of green hills and probably tiny little leprechauns has the BEST. PASSPORT. EVER! According to the Nomad Passport Index 2025 they're top dog! That's right Shrek top of the heap! Move over Far Far Away there's a new sheriff in town! Or uh a new...passport holder? Whatever! It's exciting!

More Than Just a Free Ride Baby!

Now you might be thinkin' 'Donkey what's the big deal? It's just a piece of paper!' But hold your horses literally! This ain't just about waltzing into any country you please (though that IS a sweet deal). Oh no this fancy schmancy index looks at the REAL stuff. We're talkin' taxes how the world sees ya if you can have more than one passport (double the stamps double the fun!) and even how free you are to speak your mind! Which as you know I do ALL the time!

But even places like the United Arab Emirates and New Zealand are up there. So if you're plannin' a trip maybe check out where your passport ranks! Unless you're like me and just hitch a ride on a dragon!

Some countries are climbin' the ladder like Greece Slovenia and Spain! They must be doin' somethin' right! But others like the United Arab Emirates took a tumble. Guess those new taxes weren't so popular with the jet setting crowd. And don't even get me started on Singapore and Japan...strict rules about dual citizenship? No thanks! I like options!
