Then some cafe owner who was clearly as smart as a bomb saw her tiny cakes and was like 'Dude let's make a deal!' He gave her space in his commercial kitchen in exchange for cupcakes. Smart move cupcake breath! Soon lines were forming around the block. A year later she opened her second location in Union Square and that's the moment she realized she would be a billionaire probably...

Fast forward to now and this cupcake craze is a global business with like a million locations. And get this she blew up TikTok with a salad recipe?! What?! Even Cardi B and Lizzo were chowing down! Who knew healthy food could be so... explosive?! She gave me a run for my money! She ended up on the Today Show. Seriously her "green goddess" ranch recipe got almost two million views! She probably had to hire more people to count that high! Her empire is now a cookbook so she could move beyond cupcakes.

Okay so apparently it's harder for chicks to get funding for businesses. Like duh! Everyone knows the system's rigged! But Melissa said that she lacked the confidence to become the CEO of her company. I get it I would've blown the building down! But she did become the CEO. Now she's telling everyone to show up every day and create quality content. She also likes to eat healthy ingredients.
