President Trump not unlike a certain King Rhoam with a penchant for disguises is set to parley with the big kahunas of retail: Walmart Target Home Depot and Lowe's. Apparently his 'aggressive and unpredictable tariffs' are causing more chaos than a Cucco attack on Kakariko Village. An administration official – perhaps a Sheikah spy in disguise? – leaked the news to CNBC. But fear not Hyrule will be watching to learn a new song to solve these problems.

The Silent Treatment: A Retailer's Requiem?

Now what's curiouser than a Moblin in a tutu is the retailers' response. Walmart's playing coy while Target Home Depot and Lowe's are ghosting CNBC faster than I can say 'Triforce of Courage!' Target however is singing a different tune – one that sounds suspiciously like the Song of Storms but for profits. They're drowning in discretionary merchandise (fancy clothes and home goods) made overseas. Their sales are flatter than a Lon Lon Ranch pancake and they're projecting a measly 1% growth. Looks like someone needs a fairy fountain and fast! They better get back to the drawing board they need more elixirs. No time to dilly dally!
