Burger King is betting on colored buns and movie magic to win back families, and honestly, I'm kinda here for it. Will it work? Only the algorithm knows!

BK's Back Baby!

Okay so Burger King is pulling a 'glow up' and apparently thinks families are the key. Tom Curtis the President of BK U.S. and Canada wants to lure in the millennials and Gen Alpha. Honestly if they put as much effort into fixing their ice cream machines as they do into these marketing schemes we'd be golden. But hey who am I to judge? Maybe a Dragon Whopper is exactly what the world needs right now.

Dragon Buns and Movie Runs

So what's on the menu? We've got the Dragon Flame Grilled Whopper (colored bun alert!) Fiery Dragon Mozzarella Fries (spicy!) Soaring Strawberry Lemonade (ooo fancy!) and the Viking's Chocolate Sundae (chocolate!). I mean it sounds like something straight out of a Twitch stream snack break. And the colored buns aren't made with artificial dyes which is great because nobody wants *that* drama. Props to Burger King for keeping it real.

A History of Whoppers and Blockbusters

Burger King isn't new to this whole movie collab thing. They've been at it since 'Star Wars' drinking glasses in 1977! Talk about a throwback. McDonald's jumped on the bandwagon too. It's like can't we just enjoy a burger without having to think about the latest Hollywood blockbuster? Then again free advertising right? Sneaky sneaky.

Natural Dyes: Are We Really 'Winning'?

Okay so Burger King is all about that natural dye life. No artificial colors which is a good thing. Health conscious parents will be happy. But let's be real are we *really* going to Burger King for health food? Like 'Oh let me just grab a salad... and a side of Fiery Dragon Mozzarella Fries.'

Sales Slumps and Dragon Humps

Apparently Burger King's sales took a bit of a dive recently. Probably because everyone was too busy watching my streams duh! But Tom Curtis is convinced they're on the right track. He even claims McDonald's and Wendy's are copying them. "Plagiarism is the sincerest form of flattery," he says. Someone get this man a 'W' key!

All In on Dragons?

With the live action "How to Train Your Dragon" expected to be a big hit Burger King is going all in. They're even changing their advertising strategy. Tom Curtis said that BK is doing a couple more franchise partnerships than they have in the past and that they're very excited about one towards the end of the year. They're going to go all in. I guess we'll see if these dragons can save the kingdom... or at least boost the stock prices.
