Gomu Gomu No... Sales Slump?!
Hey everyone it's your captain Monkey D. Luffy! I heard some big words from Nami about this 'housing market' thingy. Apparently treasure hunting is easier than finding a place to live these days! They say home sales are slower than Zoro finding his way! Something about sales falling 0.5% in April... Sounds like someone needs a Gum Gum Rocket to get things moving! Shishishi!
Meat's Cheaper Than a House?!
This 'economist' guy Lawrence Yun said houses are selling like 75% of what they used to. Even with tons of new jobs! What's the deal? I bet I could eat 75% more meat than usual no problem! He says people want houses but they can't get 'em. Makes me wanna yell 'I'm gonna be King of the Home Buyers!' But then I remember I just want meat and adventure. Though a giant meat shaped house sounds amazing!
More Houses Less Treasure?
Okay so there are more houses available like 9% more last month! That’s like finding extra treasure in the hold! But Nami says it's still not enough. It’s like having a mountain of meat but being told you can only eat a little bit. They say it would take 4.4 months to sell all the houses. Sounds like a good time for a nap... or a massive feast! Shishishi!
Prices Higher Than Usopp's Lies!
The price of a house is like... 414,000 berries! That’s enough to buy a lifetime supply of meat! Apparently they’re still going up but not as fast as before. The South and West are getting cheaper though maybe I can convince Zoro to move there! He always gets lost anyway.
Negotiating Like a Pirate!
This Yun guy also said it’s a good time to haggle like when you’re buying ingredients from a shady merchant! Apparently houses are sitting around for 29 days! That's plenty of time to prepare a feast and decide if the place is worthy. First time buyers are still around but some are backing out... maybe they ran out of meat money!
Million Berry Mansions?!
The really expensive houses are still selling well. Guess some people have way too much treasure! But even those sales are slowing down. Something about a 'stock market shakeout.' Sounds like someone got hit with a Gum Gum Storm! Anyway I’m sticking to adventure and meat. Houses are too much trouble! Shishishi!
