It appears some folks across the Great Sea decided to play a real life version of Bomberman but the results are as clear as a Bokoblin's intentions.

The story begins with alleged U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities. President Trump bless his Hylian heart declared that these strikes 'totally obliterated' Iran's nuclear program. A bold claim indeed! However whispers from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) suggested the damage was more akin to a minor inconvenience setting them back a few months not years. It seems someone forgot to equip the Master Sword before the battle. Then CIA Director John Ratcliffe came out to say that actually the program 'has been severely damaged'. It's like trying to figure out if the cuccos are really attacking or not.

Ratcliffe doubled down citing 'a body of credible intelligence,' including 'new intelligence from an historically reliable and accurate source'. This mysterious source apparently confirmed that 'several key Iranian nuclear facilities were destroyed and would have to be rebuilt over the course of years.' Sounds like someone finally found the Triforce of Truth! Or maybe they just stumbled upon a well informed Gossip Stone. Either way it seems things are getting spicy in this geopolitical pot.

And then like a bolt of lightning from Farore herself Tulsi Gabbard chimed in accusing the 'propaganda media' of distorting 'illegally leaked classified intelligence assessments.' Someone needs to teach them a lesson like the one I learned in the water temple...It seems everyone's got a theory and they're not afraid to shout it from the highest peak (or you know tweet it).

But wait there's more! The White House determined to set the record straight announced that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and other military officials would hold a news conference to 'fight for the Dignity of our Great American Pilots.' Honestly it sounds like a quest straight out of Hyrule! Except instead of rescuing a princess they're defending... aerial maneuvers? Trump has even suggested that they are using a bigger shovel so they are able to see better that 'Iran's nuclear program is obliterated.' How far will they go? Only time will tell or at least until the next press briefing.

Schumer's Suspicion: Are We Getting the Full Story?

But not everyone is buying it. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer expressed concern that Congress was not getting the full picture. He pointed out that the lineup of people briefing the senators had been changed at the last minute raising questions about whether they would 'only parrot whatever the president wants them to say.' Sounds like a classic case of a Zora trying to sell you river property if you ask me. It seems we're still searching for the truth like Link searching for those pesky Korok seeds.
