Believe it! Naruto Uzumaki here reportin' live from...well not live 'cause I'm writin' this down! But seriously I just heard some seriously uncool news. Apparently this USAID thingy – it's like a giant Rasengan of help for people all around the world – is gettin' the axe! Like poof! Gone! And not in a good substitution jutsu kinda way. Obama san and Bush san even Bono san are super bummed. They say someone named Trump and his buddy Elon Musk are behind this. Sounds like a villain plot straight outta one of my adventures dattebayo!

The Former Hokages are NOT Happy!

So this USAID thing right? It's been around longer than I've been training to be Hokage! (Which is a long time lemme tell ya!) It's all about helpin' folks in other countries makin' sure they got food water and a chance to be happy. Apparently some people think it's a waste of time like tryin' to teach Sakura chan to be gentle! Obama san called it a 'colossal mistake' to shut it down. Even Bush san who's usually chill is upset 'cause they're cuttin' funds to help people with AIDS. That's just wrong y'know? It's like takin' away someone's chakra when they need it most!

Talk No Jutsu...Fails?

I always thought with my Talk No Jutsu I could convince anyone to do the right thing. But apparently some folks are harder to crack than Kakashi sensei's mask! They say this USAID thing is full of 'radical left lunatics' and 'tremendous fraud.' Seriously? Sounds like someone's been hit by a Genjutsu! I bet if I met these guys I could show 'em how important it is to help others. Maybe a good bowl of ramen would change their minds? Believe it!

Rasengan of Hope...Dimming?

Obama san said that gettin' rid of USAID is a 'travesty' and a 'tragedy.' Heavy words even for someone who's fought Akatsuki! He said it's gonna hurt people who need help the most. And Bush san is worried about the AIDS program he started. It's like watchin' the Rasengan I worked so hard on fizzle out before it hits its target! We gotta do somethin'!

America First...Ramen Last?

So the State Department – they're like the Hokage's office but for the whole country – says they're gonna replace USAID with somethin' called 'America First.' Sounds kinda selfish doesn't it? Like sayin' 'I'm gonna eat all the ramen myself!' They say it's all about makin' sure tax dollars are spent right. But what about helpin' people who are sufferin'? Is that not 'America First' too? I'm confused dattebayo!

Never Give Up! Never Surrender! ... To Bad Ramen!

Even though things look bad a World Food Program lady said they'll bring back the U.S. aid mission someday. And Bono san even wrote a poem about it! He called the USAID staffers 'secret agents of international development.' That's kinda cool! It sounds like we gotta keep fightin' for what's right just like I never gave up on Sasuke! We'll find a way to bring back the Rasengan of hope dattebayo! Now I'm gonna go train...and maybe eat some ramen.
