Okay so like I was scrolling through my phone – as one does – and I saw that President Trump is like totally not happy with the Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell. Apparently he's calling him 'destructive' because he's not cutting interest rates. Like 'rise and shine' people haven't we learned anything? Trump thinks Powell is costing the U.S. 'hundreds of billions of dollars.' That's a LOT of lip kits!

Is He a Political Guy? Or Just Like Clueless?

Trump even went as far as to call Powell a 'real dummy' in a late night Truth Social post. Drama! He’s saying Europe had ten cuts (in rates obvi) and we had zero. Zero! He thinks Powell might be a 'political guy' who's not smart. Honestly I can relate to thinking someone's not smart. Remember when people thought I didn't know what 'R' stood for in 'R&B?' Iconic.

And get this Trump even joked about appointing himself to lead the Federal Reserve saying he'd do a 'much better job.' Honestly I’m thinking like maybe he should! Or maybe I should! I mean if I can build a billion dollar empire selling lip gloss how hard can managing interest rates be? It’s just numbers right? '2016 was the year of realizing stuff,' maybe 2024 will be the year of Kylie as Fed Chair!

Powell meanwhile is all like 'We’re good we’re waiting to learn more.' So basically he's just chilling. Meanwhile Trump is stressin'.
